Key Responsibilities:
Develop, plan, and execute social media content strategies
Create engaging posts, captions, and basic visual content
Manage daily posting schedules across all social media platforms
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries
Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports
Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices
Coordinate with marketing and design teams when needed
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
Strong knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
Excellent written communication skills
Basic knowledge of content creation tools
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
experience with paid social media campaigns
Familiarity with analytics tools and reporting
