Job Purpose
Responsible for the operation, content planning, account growth, and user interaction of the group's supermarket and catering brands' new media platforms. Utilize digital marketing to enhance brand exposure, customer conversion rates, and online sales performance, serving the group's brand building and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. New Media Content Planning and Publishing
Responsible for developing monthly/quarterly content plans and account operation strategies (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, etc.).
Produce high-quality content: text and images, short video scripts, live streaming scripts, trending topic planning, etc.
Publish content according to brand tone and maintain visual consistency across platforms.
2. Account Operation and Growth
Manage the social media accounts of multiple brands within the group, focusing on follower growth, interaction optimization, and traffic enhancement.
Tracking competitor account performance and continuously optimizing content.
Monitor comment section sentiment and provide timely interaction and customer service extensions.
3. Event Planning and Execution
Plan online events to meet store promotion needs: new product pre-launch, holiday activities, membership marketing, and promotional offers.
Collaborate with the offline team to drive conversion from online seeding to in-store visits.
Responsible for KOL/influencer collaborations, including resource selection, coordination, contract and content review.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting
Responsible for platform data monitoring (exposure, interaction rate, fan growth, conversion rate, etc.).
Produce weekly/monthly reports and provide optimization suggestions.
Optimize budget allocation based on ROI (e.g., Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
5. Brand Management and Collaborative Communication
Ensure content on all platforms aligns with the group's brand identity, style, and compliance requirements.
Work closely with the photography, design, marketing, and store operations teams.
Participate in new product launches, brand events, and marketing planning for key milestones.
VI. Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Media, Advertising, Public Relations, or related fields.
Experience
2-5 years of experience in new media operations (preferred for those in the food and beverage/retail/FMCG industries).
Familiar with Middle Eastern market culture, consumer preferences, and mainstream social media platforms.
Skills
Proficient in using social media content tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.).
Familiar with short video shooting and basic editing.
Familiar with advertising tools (Meta/TikTok/Google Ads).
Strong data analysis skills; able to independently create operational reports.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or Chinese is preferred.
Overall Abilities
Strong creativity, keen insight, and adept at identifying trending topics.
Strong cross-cultural communication skills, strong execution ability, and excellent time management.
Strong ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and respond quickly to market demands.
Candidate must have experience in LULU or Carrefour in the same position

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
