Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialis to join our clinic's marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, producing, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms, with a strong focus on video, photography, and story design. This role requires a deep understanding of aesthetic trends, basic graphic design, and social media engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Capture high-quality photos and videos of treatments, results, and patient testimonials (with consent) inside the clinic.

Create engaging stories from scratch using design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) - including infographics, animations, and promotional content.

Write creative and catchy scripts for video content to be shared with the videographer for professional shoots.

Collaborate with the videographer and team to plan, shoot, and edit branded video content.

Post content regularly on Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat and ensure alignment with the clinic's branding and tone.

Respond to messages, comments, and DMs on social media in a timely and professional manner.

Stay up to date with social media trends and propose innovative content ideas to boost visibility and engagement.

Assist in planning campaigns and promotions, suggesting creative formats and visuals.

Organize and maintain a visual content archive for easy reuse and reference.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of social media platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.

Experience in basic design and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, InShot).

Ability to create story content from scratch, including infographics and branded visuals.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to write short scripts and creative captions.

Confident in capturing aesthetic visuals, understanding lighting, angles, and clinic etiquette.

Organized, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a clinic, beauty, or aesthetic center.

Basic video editing skills or experience directing video shoots.

Arabic/English bilingual is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED23.53 - AED28.33 per hour
