This role requires someone who can execute a strong social media strategy, engage with audiences, and deliver measurable performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement social media marketing strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
Manage and schedule daily posts across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Plan monthly content calendars, campaigns, and promotions.
Stay updated on industry trends, hashtags, and competitor activities.
2. Content Creation & Editing
Create engaging posts, stories, Reels, and short-form videos.
Use editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, CapCut, or Canva.
Optimize content formats for each platform (subtitles, aspect ratios, durations).
Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and maintains consistent visual identity.
Collaborate with photographers, designers, and copywriters as needed.
3. Community Management
Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
Build strong relationships with followers, influencers, and brand partners.
Manage user-generated content and coordinate influencer marketing activities.
4. Analytics & Performance Tracking
Monitor and analyze key social media metrics (reach, engagement, conversion, growth).
Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Adjust strategies based on performance data to maximize results.
Requirements
Native Arabic speaker with
excellent English communication skills
(written and verbal).
Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
Strong content creation and video/photo editing skills.
Ability to manage multiple platforms efficiently.
Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Creative mindset and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
