We are looking for a highly motivated and creative

Social Media Specialist

to enhance our brand visibility and engagement across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in content creation, social media management, and analytics, with strong expertise in platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and X (Twitter).

Key Responsibilities

Develop, curate, and manage engaging social media content, including graphics, posts, and short-form videos. Oversee daily social media activities to ensure consistent brand presence, timely updates, and strong audience interaction. Monitor online communities and respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries. Analyse social media performance and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness and reach. Plan and execute creative, data-driven social media campaigns aligned with marketing and business goals. Stay updated on emerging trends, platform features, and best practices to enhance engagement. Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to deliver cohesive and impactful digital campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience managing and growing social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and X. Strong creative skills, including content creation, video editing, and digital storytelling. Excellent communication, writing skills, and attention to detail. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and refine strategies. Highly organised, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
