HEMENT Properties is looking for a social media specialist who can create engaging content in English and Arabic. If you also speak French, that's a sweet bonus. You'll help bring our properties and projects to life across multiple platforms and keep our audience connected to what we're building.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and publish content in both English and Arabic
Produce short-form videos, photos, and captions for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and more
Manage the content calendar and work closely with marketing and leasing teams
Track analytics and adjust strategy based on performance
Handle community engagement: comments, DMs, and public responses
Join on-site shoots at properties and events
Keep up with platform trends and pitch new ideas
Requirements
Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
French proficiency is a plus
Experience managing social accounts for a brand or agency
Strong writing and visual storytelling skills
Ability to film and edit social videos
Familiarity with analytics tools
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Interest in real estate or willingness to learn
Nice to Have
Photography or videography experience
Graphic design skills
Experience with paid ads
