Job Description

We are looking for a

highly motivated and creative Social Media Specialist

to enhance our brand visibility and engagement across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in

content creation, social media management, and analytics

, with strong knowledge of platforms such as

Instagram, TikTok, and X (Twitter)

.

Key Responsibilities



Develop, curate, and manage engaging

social media content,

including posts, graphics, and short-form videos. Oversee day-to-day social media operations, ensuring

brand consistency, timely posting, and high engagement

. Monitor and interact with the

online community

, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly. Track, analyse, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, providing

insights and actionable recommendations

. Plan and execute

creative and data-driven campaigns

aligned with marketing and business objectives. Stay current with

social media trends, platform updates, and best practices

to maximise reach and engagement. Collaborate with the

marketing, design, and content teams

to create cohesive and impactful campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills



Proven experience in

managing and growing social media platforms

(Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.). Strong creative abilities in

content development, video editing, and storytelling

. Excellent

communication and writing skills

with strong attention to detail. Analytical mindset with the ability to

interpret data and optimise performance

. Highly organised, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple projects in a

fast-paced environment

.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
