Key Responsibilities:
Strategize and manage a monthly
social media content calendar
in line with marketing and branding goals.
Ideate and write compelling scripts
for short-form videos, reels, and podcasts.
Produce creative, informative, and relatable content that reflects company culture and strengthens employer branding.
Collaborate with the marketing and videography teams to bring creative concepts to life through visual storytelling.
Write
SEO-friendly captions and copy
for social media, newsletters, and campaigns.
Stay up to date with
Dubai real estate trends
to create fresh, relevant, and audience-focused content.
Post and manage content across multiple platforms
(Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Content Writer or Social Media Specialist
in Dubai's real estate sector.
Strong portfolio showcasing
creative campaigns, video scripts, and storytelling-based content.
Excellent writing, editing, and conceptualization skills.
Ability to translate complex real estate topics into engaging and easy-to-understand content.
Solid understanding of SEO and social media algorithms.
A creative thinker with the ability to generate original ideas and adapt them across platforms.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
