Social Media Specialist
to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and leads.
Create and curate high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, blogs, videos) tailored for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Manage daily posting schedules, track performance metrics, and analyze insights to optimize campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote property listings, events, and company achievements.
Run paid social media campaigns and monitor ad performance to maximize ROI.
Stay updated with social media trends, real estate market updates, and competitor strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager (real estate experience is a plus).
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising tools.
Excellent content creation skills (graphic design, video editing, and copywriting).
Knowledge of real estate CRM systems and lead generation strategies is an advantage.
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
