Key Responsibilities

:

Develop and maintain a professional content calendar across websites, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and other platforms Create and share industry-relevant, compliant, and engaging content Write compelling copy and coordinate or design visuals and short videos/reels Simplify complex financial topics into easy-to-understand content for start-ups and entrepreneurs Plan and execute lead generation campaigns (e.g., paid ads, landing pages, lead magnets) Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results Professionally respond to inquiries, comments, and interactions on social media Build and grow a targeted online community aligned with the company's mission Track key metrics such as engagement, traffic, and ROI Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights

Requirements

:

Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role. Native Arabic speaker and a fluent English speaker Must be proficient in managing social media campaigns, particularly on Meta, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to create content that resonates with diverse audiences.
