Social Media Specialist

Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, etc.).
Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics).
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and build community engagement.
Track analytics and performance, preparing reports to optimize campaigns.
Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with business goals.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Digital Marketer, or similar role.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
Excellent knowledge of
audience targeting, segmentation, and ad optimization
.
Strong content creation skills (graphics, video editing, captions).
Strong communication and writing skills in [English/Arabic or both].
Ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Knowledge of paid social media campaigns is a plus.
