We are looking for a creative and hands-on

Social Media Executive / Content Creator

to join our team. This role blends

on-ground video creation

with

creative conceptualization

, ensuring our brand content stands out across platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. You will be responsible for planning, shooting, and coordinating video content, while working closely with our in-house video editor to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation (Execution)

Shoot high-quality short-form videos using a smartphone (Reels, TikToks, Shorts). Capture aesthetic and engaging photos/videos of products, people, and behind-the-scenes moments. Stay updated with trending formats, sounds, and styles to keep content fresh and relevant.

2. Creative Strategy & Conceptualization

Develop and script ideas for short-form content that aligns with brand goals. Plan storyboards, shot lists, and creative directions for each video. Collaborate with the in-house editor to guide the editing style, flow, and final output. Brainstorm new ways to grow engagement and reach across platforms.

Requirements

Strong interest and passion for social media content creation. Proven ability to shoot engaging videos/photos using just a phone. Creative storytelling skills: scriptwriting, idea generation, and trend adaptation. Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts best practices. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with editors/designers. Strong eye for detail, aesthetics, and current social media culture.

Preferred Skills

Prior experience in content creation for brands or personal projects. Understanding of brand voice, luxury/lifestyle aesthetics, and audience engagement. Basic knowledge of video editing (not mandatory, but a plus).
