Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented

Social Media Specialist

to manage and grow our online presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies that enhance brand awareness, audience engagement, and community growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals. Create, edit, and publish high-quality, engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, etc.) across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.). Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and build meaningful community interactions. Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices. Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency. Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion). Manage paid campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance optimization. Suggest and implement new features (e.g., contests, live sessions, influencer collaborations) to increase brand awareness.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field. Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist, Coordinator, or similar role. Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Google Analytics). Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Creative mindset with a good eye for design and storytelling. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising is a plus.
