creative, trend-savvy Social Media / Content Creator
to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for producing engaging, thumb-stopping content that drives awareness, engagement, and growth for global brands across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and beyond.
This is a hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes social media - from spotting trends before they peak, to shooting and editing content that audiences can't scroll past.
Key Responsibilities
Create original content including short-form videos, reels and stories for each platform
Develop and manage content calendars in line with campaign objectives
Shoot, edit, and publish video-first content using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Canva
Collaborate with account managers and designers to deliver on brand
Engage with social media communities, monitor conversations, and identify opportunities for content
Work with influencers and creators to support campaign activations
Stay on top of platform updates, social trends, and emerging content formats
Track and report on content performance, engagement, and audience growth
Required Skills & Experience
Strong portfolio of reels, TikToks, or social content
Skilled in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)
Creative eye for visuals, storytelling, and brand consistency
Excellent understanding of platform best practices (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook)
Ability to work quickly, adapt to trends, and deliver under tight deadlines
Confident both behind the camera and, where needed, appearing in content
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field
Experience working with influencers or managing creator collaborations
Knowledge of paid social advertising formats and KPIs
Photography skills are a bonus
Familiarity with social analytics tools (Iconosquare, Sprout, Meta Insights, etc.)
