Bilingual Social Media Specialist (Arabic & English) - Aesthetic & Regenerative Medicine

We are looking for a

Bilingual Social Media Specialist (Arabic & English)

to join our team and take ownership of our multi-brand social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow multiple social media accounts (each dedicated to specific brands in our portfolio). Develop, plan, and execute content calendars tailored to brand positioning and audience engagement. Coordinate with 3rd-party designers, photographers, and agencies to create high-quality content. Oversee social media advertising campaigns (media buying, targeting, budget optimization). Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to continuously improve engagement and ROI. Re-organize and enhance brand pages to maintain a professional and cohesive visual identity. Engage with followers and respond to inquiries/messages in a timely, professional manner. Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, social media, aesthetics, and healthcare.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field. 2+ years of proven experience managing social media accounts (preferably in aesthetics, healthcare, beauty, or lifestyle).

Fluency in both Arabic

and

English (written & spoken) is mandatory - applications without both will not be considered.

Strong understanding of paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.). Creative mindset with excellent communication and copywriting skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple brands/accounts simultaneously. Experience working with agencies, freelancers, or 3rd-party vendors. Familiarity with UAE & Oman markets is an advantage.

Preferred Add-Ons:

UAE driving license for mobility when required. Basic graphic design/video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar). Prior experience in the aesthetics, beauty, healthcare, or wellness sector. Ability to create and capture engaging content during events, product launches, and clinic visits. Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
