We are seeking a skilled Social Media Specialist with a strong creative background to manage and enhance our social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have
at least 3 years of experience
in social media management, content creation, and social ads, along with hands-on skills in
graphic design, image designing, video editing, and vlogging-style video production
.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
Create engaging content including posts, stories, reels, and videos to increase brand awareness and audience engagement
Design eye-catching visuals, graphics, and marketing materials for campaigns
Edit and produce high-quality videos, including vlog-style content, behind-the-scenes, and promotional videos
Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize performance
Manage and grow online communities, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly
Track and analyze performance metrics, preparing reports to measure effectiveness
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of proven experience
as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
Strong skills in
graphic design tools
(Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar)
Proficiency in
video editing software
(Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar)
Creative mindset with ability to create engaging video content, including vlogging-style videos
Excellent understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics
Strong communication and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
