Social Media Specialist
to join our growing team and help elevate our digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with company goals and brand identity.
Create engaging, bilingual content (Arabic and English) for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
Manage and schedule daily posts, stories, and video content using planning tools.
Monitor social media platforms, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers in a professional and friendly manner.
Track, analyse, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
Collaborate with the team to promote real estate services, and business setup packages through social channels.
Stay up to date with trends in social media, especially those relevant to the UAE and Gulf region.
Support content creation efforts through photography, videography, and design when needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing social media accounts for a business or brand (portfolio or examples preferred).
Fluent in Arabic and English
(both written and spoken).
Strong content writing skills with an understanding of tone and audience.
Proficient in using tools like Canva, Cap Cut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar for basic design and video editing.
Knowledge of UAE culture, market trends, and audience behaviour on social media platforms.
Organized, creative, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Experience with paid ads (Meta Ads, TikTok, etc.) is a plus but not required.
