We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic
Social Media Executive
to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in social media management, with a proven track record in developing and executing content plans, platform-specific strategies, and performance-driven campaigns. Prior experience handling social media for brands of UK/Region.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok).
Create and maintain a dynamic content calendar aligned with marketing goals and key campaigns.
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and the wider marketing team to produce high-quality, engaging content tailored to each platform.
Monitor social media channels daily, engage with the audience, and manage brand reputation.
Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
Identify trends and insights to optimize strategy and improve engagement and follower growth.
Stay updated on algorithm changes, platform updates, and best practices specific to the UK/EU audience.
Work closely with the paid media team (if applicable) to support and align organic and paid strategies.
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years
of hands-on experience in managing social media for brands.
Demonstrated experience in handling
overseas
market audiences.
Strong understanding of content strategy, brand voice, and platform-specific best practices.
Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to think creatively and analytically.
Knowledge of social media trends, cultural nuances, and consumer behavior in the UK/EU region.
