Role Overview

We are looking for a

dynamic Social Media & Marketing Specialist

who is also a confident

Content Creator

. This is not just a scheduler role -- we need someone who can

create, strategize, manage, and execute

digital content and brand campaigns across platforms. If you understand how to make fragrance and wellness desirable on-screen, online, and on shelves -- this is your moment.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Content Creation

Lead Siyate's

social media presence

on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn Film, create, and edit

original video/photo content

including reels, transitions, tutorials, and UGC-style storytelling Be comfortable

on-camera

and also directing talent when needed Build and maintain a

monthly content calendar

with planned campaigns, product drops, and key moments Engage with our community, handle DMs/comments, and identify opportunities for brand visibility

Marketing & Digital Strategy

Develop and execute

digital marketing campaigns

across platforms (emailers, social ads, collaborations, etc.) Coordinate with designers and ops team to ensure marketing and branding is

consistent across packaging, website, and content

Handle

product launches

, influencer seeding plans, and retail marketing needs Track and report performance metrics with clear

insights and actions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PR, design, retail, ops) to

bring brand campaigns to life

both online and offline Stay updated on

beauty/fragrance trends

, consumer behavior, and content innovations

What We're Looking For

2-4 years of experience

in social media, digital marketing, or content creation (beauty/fragrance/wellness is highly preferred) A portfolio or social media links showcasing

content you've filmed, edited, or appeared in

Strong understanding of

digital platforms, short-form video trends, and performance-based content

Confident in front of the camera, skilled behind it -- you understand

aesthetic, mood, storytelling, and branding

Proficiency in tools like

Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, Google Analytics

Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about luxury, beauty, and wellness Bonus: Experience in

Middle Eastern markets

or

luxury product storytelling
