. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) to drive lead generation and user growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute performance-driven campaigns on Meta Ads Manager
Develop and test ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies
Manage campaign budgets and optimize for key KPIs (CPL, CTR, ROAS, etc.)
Collaborate with design/content teams for engaging creative assets
Monitor ad performance and provide regular reports
Stay updated with Meta's ad policies, especially for financial/crypto ads
Ensure all campaigns meet industry regulations and platform guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) paid advertising
Experience in
crypto, fintech, gaming, or other high-risk verticals
(mandatory)
Strong analytical skills and knowledge of performance marketing metrics
Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Pixel integration
Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Creative thinking with a strong eye for detail
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
Preferred:
Google Ads or other platform experience (bonus)
Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments
Understanding of compliance guidelines in financial advertising
