We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Specialist to enhance our brand and our clients' digital presence. You will create, manage, and grow social media accounts for our global client base across various platforms, while designing and executing engaging campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth. This role requires creativity, analytical skills, and fluency in Arabic and English to craft compelling content for diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities
? Social Media Account Management:
? Create and manage social media accounts for clients on platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube. ? Schedule and publish content in Arabic and English, ensuring consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity for DODEAL and each client. ? Monitor account performance, respond to comments and messages in both languages, and foster community engagement.
? Campaign Strategy & Execution:
? Develop and launch social media campaigns to support DODEAL's marketing goals and clients' objectives, including product launches, brand awareness, and lead generation.
?Collaborate with internal marketing, design, and development teams to create bilingual content, including graphics, videos, and copy.
? Manage paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snap Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) to maximize ROI and reach target global and regional audiences.
? Analytics & Optimization:
? Track and analyze campaign and account performance using tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, or platform insights.
? Generate detailed reports on key metrics (e.g., engagement, impressions, conversions) and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
? Conduct testing to optimize campaign performance and content strategies.
? Client Collaboration:
? Work closely with clients to understand their brand, goals, and target audiences, ensuring social media strategies align with their vision.
? Present campaign plans, progress reports, and performance insights to clients in Arabic or English, based on their preference.
? Brand Strategy:
? Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance clients' brand visibility and reputation.
? Conduct competitor analysis and audience research to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation, particularly in Arabic-speaking markets.
? Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.
Requirements :
? 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency or client-facing role.
? Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal), with the ability to create and communicate content effectively in both languages.
? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
? Proven success in creating and managing social media accounts and running high-impact campaigns across multiple platforms.
? Expertise in social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) preferred.
? Strong understanding of paid social advertising, and influencer marketing.
? Ability to manage multiple client accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
