We are seeking a creative and results-oriented Social Media Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for social media, a proven track record of managing campaigns across various platforms, and a deep understanding of audience engagement strategies. This role focuses on driving brand awareness, audience growth, and lead generation through impactful social media campaigns and innovative content creation.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
Manage and grow social media accounts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, SnapChat, TikTok, and YouTube.
Create and schedule engaging, platform-specific content (posts, stories, reels, videos) tailored to the brand's tone of voice.
Collaborate with influencers to amplify brand presence and build meaningful partnerships.
Community management: monitor and respond to the critical and important messages, inquiries and feedback from the users.
Content Creation:
Develop creative and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and compelling copywriting.
Craft storytelling campaigns aligned with the brand's message and business objectives.
Strategic Planning:
Develop content calendar plan for all platforms.
Design and execute comprehensive social media strategies to achieve goals such as brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Leverage audience segmentation and targeting techniques to drive better campaign results.
Analytics and Reporting:
Use analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.) to track campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
Prepare monthly performance reports and adapt strategies based on data-driven findings.
Advertising Campaigns:
Plan, create, and manage paid social media ad campaigns, optimizing for maximum ROI.
Conduct A/B testing and retargeting to refine audience targeting and campaign effectiveness.
Trend Awareness and Innovation:
Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and new algorithms.
Introduce innovative ideas and approaches to keep the brand at the forefront of digital trends.
Required Skills and Competencies
Core Skills:
Proven expertise in managing and growing social media accounts across multiple platforms.
Strong content creation skills, including graphic design, video production, and copywriting.
Strategic thinking with the ability to design and implement effective social media campaigns.
Knowledge of the home, cookware, and small domestic appliances industry.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent design and video editing software.
Familiarity with social media analytics and ad management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
Understanding of SEO practices and content marketing integration.
