We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our online presence across various social media platforms. You will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies, engaging with our audience, analyzing performance data, and aligning social media activities with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X, Threads, etc.)
Create engaging, high-quality content (text, images, videos, reels, carousels) aligned with brand voice and marketing goals
Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to produce campaigns and promotional materials
Schedule and publish posts consistently using tools like Hootsuite or Meta Business Suite
Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, building strong community relationships
Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth, conversions)
Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms
Assist in managing influencer collaborations, paid promotions, and brand partnerships
Ensure brand consistency and compliance with guidelines across all platforms
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
Proven experience (3+ years) as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools
Excellent copywriting, content creation, and visual storytelling skills
Proficiency in graphic and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut)
Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
Creative thinking and attention to detail
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
