We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Specialist to manage our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and scheduling engaging content, as well as interacting with our audience across various social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, schedule, and publish content on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter,Tiktok)
Monitor social media accounts and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner
Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries across platforms
Collaborate with internal teams to align content with company goals and promotions
Track and report on social media metrics to improve engagement and reach
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business or organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of current trends and best practices in social media
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines
Knowledge of social media tools and analytics is a plus
