WE'RE HIRING FOR SOCIAL MEDIA MODERATOR

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Moderator

(Arabic Speaker) to join our team and lead our online presence across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies and create reels to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and promote our products and company, across all social media channels.

Manage day-to-day social media operations, including content planning, scheduling, publishing, and monitoring.

Monitor social media trends, insights, and analytics to track performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and make data-driven decisions.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of social media initiatives with overall marketing strategies.

Stay up-to-date on emerging social media platforms, trends, and best practices, and recommend innovative approaches to enhance our social media presence.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for storytelling and attention to detail.

Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh ideas and execute engaging content concepts. A Reels creator.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and optimize social media strategies accordingly.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, works independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience: Social Media & Content Management: 1-2 years (Required)

Location: Sharjah (Preferred)
