This position will be responsible for crafting impactful media plans that drive brand growth across both digital (social, programmatic, paid search) and traditional (TV, radio, print) channels, ensuring the right message reaches the right audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Media Strategy Development:
Design and implement comprehensive online and offline media strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
Data-Driven Planning:
Analyze audience insights to inform targeting, channel selection, and media tactics, ensuring maximum reach and engagement.
Campaign Management:
Monitor ongoing campaigns, optimize based on performance data, and adjust strategies as needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams (marketing, creative, analytics) and external partners (media and creative agencies) to ensure seamless execution.
Market Understanding:
Leverage insights into consumer behaviors and media preferences within KSA and UAE.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to enhance future planning.
Trend Tracking:
Stay updated on the latest industry tools, trends, and technologies to keep the company at the forefront of media innovation.
Content Creator and eCommerce Integration:
Support content creator marketing and eCommerce activation campaigns to drive digital engagement.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
1-2 years in media planning, with a focus on digital channels.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
Familiarity with analytics tools and media platforms.
