We're looking for a versatile and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and grow the online presence of multiple brands of the company. This role is ideal for someone who can think strategically across industries while also executing daily content, campaigns, and community management with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Multi-Brand Strategy & Content Planning
Develop customized social media strategies for each business unit
Maintain a cohesive content calendar across brands while respecting their unique identities
Adapt tone, visuals, and copywriting style per brand (e.g., luxury real estate vs. casual dining)
2. Content Creation & Execution
Knowledge tools like Canva, CapCut to produce reels, stories, posts, and ads
Write clear, engaging captions tailored for each audience
Manage posting schedules and ensure platform-specific optimization (IG, TikTok, FB, X, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts)
4. Monitoring, Engagement & Reporting
Monitor DMs, comments, mentions, and reviews across all platforms
Engage with users using brand-appropriate voice; escalate concerns when needed
Generate weekly and monthly reports with performance insights and recommendations
5. Brand Growth & Trend Monitoring
Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and viral formats
Identify opportunities to jump on trends that align with each brand's audience
Conduct competitor audits and share creative ideas with internal stakeholders
Qualifications:
2-4 years of social media experience (handling multiple brands is a plus)
Strong writing and visual storytelling skills
Comfortable editing short-form video content for reels and TikTok
Organized, self-driven, and able to multitask across industries
Nice to Have:
Fluency in English; Arabic or Chinese is a bonus
Experience with brand guidelines and building tone of voice documents
Photo/video shooting experience (even on mobile) is a big plus
