We are seeking a creative and data-driven

Social Media Specialist

to manage and grow our brand's presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital trends, highly organized, and skilled at engaging audiences through compelling content and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Create engaging, high-quality content including posts, stories, reels, graphics, and videos. Schedule and publish content using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite. Monitor trends and conversations to identify opportunities for engagement and content creation. Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.) and report on ROI. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to maintain brand consistency. Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly to foster community engagement. Plan and execute paid social media campaigns. Stay updated on social media best practices, tools, and emerging trends.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role. Proven ability to grow social media accounts and increase engagement. Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut. Knowledge of social media analytics and ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, etc.). Strong communication, writing, and storytelling skills. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of SEO and content marketing. Photography/videography skills. Familiarity with CRM tools or email marketing platforms.
