Sniff is looking for a passionate and creative

Social Media & Content Creator

Specialist to bring our fragrance-loving community to life online. In this role, you'll lead the charge in planning, filming, editing, and publishing original content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. From trend-driven videos to engaging community posts, you'll help grow our digital presence and shape the voice of a fast-growing beauty-tech brand. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the founder and be part of a global movement in the fragrance space.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management:

Plan, film, edit, and publish original content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels. Create trend-driven short-form video content that aligns with brand values and audience interests. Develop engaging posts that spark conversation and community-building.

Strategy & Collaboration:

Stay on top of social media trends and adapt content strategies accordingly. Work closely with the founder and wider team to align content with Sniff's mission and tone. Brainstorm and pitch fresh, innovative ideas for campaigns and daily content.

Brand Growth & Engagement:

Monitor performance and engagement across platforms. Help grow our audience and brand awareness through creative storytelling and consistent posting. Engage with the community by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in

video filming and editing

for social media. Prior experience managing social media accounts with demonstrated growth results. Strong understanding of and presence on platforms like

Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube

.

Fluent in English

(written and spoken). An interest in

beauty, fragrance

, and the digital content space. A creative thinker who takes initiative and enjoys experimenting with new formats.

Comfortable working closely with the founder and being part of a fast-paced, evolving brand.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
