Job Description

Social Media Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies to enhance a company's online presence, engage with its audience, and drive brand awareness. The role involves creating compelling content, analyzing engagement metrics, and staying updated on industry trends to optimize social media performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Curation

: Develop and create engaging, high-quality content for social media platforms (e.g., text posts, graphics, videos, stories, etc.). Curate relevant content from third-party sources to maintain a consistent social media presence and provide value to the audience. Ensure content aligns with the company's brand voice, messaging, and overall marketing goals.

Social Media Strategy

: Create and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. Plan and schedule posts across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others. Identify the target audience and tailor content for specific platforms to maximize engagement and reach.

Community Management

: Monitor social media platforms for customer feedback, questions, and comments, responding in a timely and professional manner. Engage with followers by commenting, liking, and sharing user-generated content to build a community around the brand.

Analytics & Reporting

: Track social media performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.). Provide regular reports on social media campaigns, audience engagement, growth, and conversion metrics. Use data insights to continuously improve and optimize content, posting schedules, and strategies.

Social Media Advertising

: Manage paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. Develop ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI).

Trend Monitoring & Innovation

: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, best practices, and emerging platforms. Experiment with new content formats, features, and platforms to continuously engage the audience and stay ahead of competitors.

Collaboration with Marketing Team

: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure social media campaigns align with broader marketing objectives and product launches. Collaborate on cross-functional projects, such as influencer partnerships, promotions, and events, to leverage social media channels effectively.
Skills & Qualifications:

Strong Communication Skills

: Ability to write clear, compelling, and creative content tailored to different social platforms and audiences.

Social Media Expertise

: Deep understanding of various social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

Creativity

: Ability to generate new ideas and content that resonate with the audience.

Analytical Skills

: Comfort with data analysis and using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others to measure social media performance.

Time Management

: Ability to manage multiple social media accounts, campaigns, and deadlines effectively.

Graphic Design and Multimedia Skills

: Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) for creating visually appealing content (preferred but not always required).

Adaptability

: Ability to quickly adapt to changes in trends, algorithms, and the social media landscape.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
