We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated
Social Media Expert & Web Developer
to handle the social media marketing and web development for UPHUNT PROPERTIES. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating and managing digital campaigns, driving online engagement, generating leads, and maintaining our company websites.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Manage daily social media activities including content creation, scheduling, and responding to inquiries.
Create and optimize web content to ensure an engaging, user-friendly experience across our websites.
Design and implement lead generation strategies through social media campaigns and website optimization.
Regularly update and maintain company websites, ensuring content is accurate and up-to-date.
Analyze social media and website performance using analytics tools and generate reports to evaluate success and adjust strategies accordingly.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, social media platforms, and web development.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
Requirements:
Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, and web development.
Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their marketing capabilities.
Experience with website management, including HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Wix, etc.).
Ability to create engaging content for social media, blogs, and websites.
Excellent knowledge of lead generation strategies and conversion optimization.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Knowledge of SEO and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
Real estate experience is preferred, but not required.
A portfolio or examples of past work in social media campaigns and web development is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
Familiarity with real estate industry trends and marketing strategies.
