Job Description

Fales Grand General Trading LLC is seeking a highly creative and proactive

Social Media Specialist

to manage and grow our brand presence across digital platforms in both

UAE & Iraq markets

. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in

social media management, content creation, graphic design, and digital marketing strategies

. This individual will be responsible for crafting engaging content, running effective ad campaigns and staying updated with market trends to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a

comprehensive social media strategy

to enhance brand visibility across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and Twitter. Create

engaging and high-quality content

(text, image, and video) tailored for the UAE & Iraq markets. Use

graphic design software

(such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) to design social media posts, ads, and promotional materials. Manage

Google Ads campaigns

and optimize them for better reach, engagement, and conversions. Monitor trends, competitor activities, and industry updates to implement new strategies. Engage with the online audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a professional and timely manner. Plan and execute

indoor & outdoor marketing activities

, including photoshoots, event coverage and promotional campaigns. Work closely with the

sales and marketing teams

to align social media campaigns with business objectives. Analyze and report on social media performance using analytics tools, suggesting improvements where needed. Come up with

new marketing ideas

and innovative content strategies to attract and retain customers. Ensure

brand consistency

across all social media channels.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience

as a Social Media Specialist or Digital Marketer in the UAE. Strong knowledge of

social media platforms, trends and engagement strategies

. Expertise in

graphic design software

(Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.). Experience with

Google Ads

and other paid advertising tools. Up-to-date with the latest

marketing trends and social media algorithms

. Ability to work

independently and proactively

to generate content and execute campaigns. Strong

content creation skills

(writing, photography and videography experience). Must be flexible to work on both

indoor and outdoor marketing activities

. Outgoing personality with strong

communication and interpersonal skills

.

Arabic language proficiency is a plus

(preferred for content creation in UAE & Iraq). Knowledge of the

UAE & Iraq markets

and audience behavior. Must be able to work

exclusively for Fales Grand

and commit to the role full-time.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
