Manage and grow our social media presence by creating meaningful, visually rich, and story-driven content aligned with our values of sustainability, culture, wellness, and community.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and schedule content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Develop engaging captions, stories, reels, and campaign content
Maintain brand voice, tone, and visual consistency
Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, and internal teams
Cover on-ground events, workshops, and experiences (content capture & posting)
Monitor engagement, respond to messages/comments, and build community
Track performance and provide basic insights and reports
Required Experience & Profile
Degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
2-4+ years experience in social media management
Experience with
lifestyle, wellness, sustainability, hospitality, arts, or cultural brands
preferred
Strong understanding of content trends and audience engagement
Portfolio or sample social media work required
Skills
Social media platforms & scheduling tools
Content writing & storytelling
Basic photo/video editing (mobile or desktop tools)
Understanding of analytics and performance metrics
Creative eye for visuals and aesthetics
Personal Attributes
Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
Passion for culture, nature, wellness, and sustainability
Ability to work independently and on-site
Strong communication and time-management skills
Important Note:
This is an on-site position; we are currently hiring local candidates residing in Qatar preferred.
