Job overview:
As a Social Media Specialist at ABH you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy across various platforms. You will play a key role in elevating our online presence, building brand awareness, and fostering meaningful connections with our target audience. This position requires a creative thinker, a strategic planner, and a team player who can collaborate with various departments to bring our brand story to life through compelling social media content.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's marketing objectives.
Create engaging and shareable content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
Google Ads Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive targeted traffic to our real estate listings.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve optimal results.
Content Creation:
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality visual and written content for social media posts and advertisements.
Ensure that all content is in line with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
Community Engagement:
Foster and grow our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Implement strategies to increase social media followership and engagement.
Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of social media campaigns.
Provide regular insights and recommendations for improvement based on data analysis.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
Keep abreast of industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to recommend innovative strategies for the company's online presence.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 -5 years of proven experience in social media management, particularly in the real estate industry.
Proficiency in managing Google Ads campaigns and familiarity with SEO principles.
Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective algorithms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with an eye for design and visual aesthetics.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using social media analytics tools.
