Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging and original content (text, image, video) on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
Monitor social media channels for trends, audience engagement, and feedback.
Interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to support campaigns and promotional activities.
Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.) using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or Hootsuite.
Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Manage paid social media advertising campaigns when required.
Assist with influencer marketing or brand partnership initiatives.
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and audience insights
Requirements and skills
Arabic National
Fluency in English
Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
Graphic design skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Experience with influencer outreach and collaborations.
