Job Description

Tasks and activities: o Managing a portfolio of accounts across a variety of sectors and social media platforms. o Perform digital market research for clients Maintain awareness of current research, the marketplace, and the competitive environment, the client s industry across online platforms. o Identify, interpret & capitalize on social media trends. o Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness o Maintain a strong online company voice through social media o Create, maintain and execute a social media editorial calendar and posting schedule. o Writing client reports; prepare client communication materials such as conference reports, memos, e-mails, post campaign reports, tender, budgets etc. for social media channels. o Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability o Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns. o Write high-engagement social media content that reflects brands voice o Collaborate with Marketing, PR and Customer Experience to develop a variety of content marketing materials o Manage social media accounts in terms of posting (according to the best timing), keeping track of comments/messages and the account in general from A to Z o Produce error-free content that adheres to brands guidelines o Interpret creative direction and adapt points from creative briefs into persuasive copy concepts o Simultaneously manage multiple projects with short deadlines o Propose copy concepts and present underlying strategic thinking to business leaders o Writing various forms of content such as but not limited to: copywrites, captions, articles, company profiles, websites content, ad\xe2\x80\x99s, press release. o Run & manage ads on different social media platforms while taking budget, target audience and content into consideration. Desired Candidate Profile: o Must be a native Arabic speaker and Familiar with Qatari accent. o Fluent in English. o Knowledge and understanding of technology, social media channels, new trends and the latest in social media innovation. o Must excel at online research, possess excellent writing skills and have the ability to create editorial content at a short notice. o The ability to learn how to leverage new social media platforms for clients marketing activity. o A high level of creativity, clear and strong communication and computer skills are required. o Requires strong analytical skills, organization and people-skills. o Tight organizational and time management skills. o The ability to work on multiple projects at one time. o The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines. o Good attention to detail and accuracy. o Self-motivation, the ability to be a team player Qualifications: o Degree in Marketing / Mass Communications / PR / Digital Marketing. o Minimum 1-2 years experience on similar role o Experience in producing copy for digital, print and broadcast channels o Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Communicator and Outlook o Experience in social media tools such as but not limited to: hootsuite, meta business suite, ads manager\xe2\x80\xa6etc. o Locally available with NOC o Can join immediately Work Schedule 5 days from 9 am to 6 pm Job Type: Full-time Salary: QAR6,000.00 per month Education:
