Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Specialist to manage content creation, media buying, and multimedia production across multiple brand accounts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in photography, videography, and editing, as well as a strong understanding of paid advertising strategies. A valid Qatari driving license is required, as the role involves managing several locations and on-site content shoots.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms Plan and produce high-quality reel videos, photoshoots, and video content for various campaigns Perform media buying and manage paid campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align content with brand goals Write captions and schedule posts with effective hashtags and engagement techniques Monitor and report on performance analytics, providing insights and suggestions for improvement Handle content creation and coordination across multiple accounts Drive to various locations for content collection and client coordination
Requirements:

Proven experience in social media content creation and media buying Strong skills in photography, videography, and video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere, CapCut, InShot, Canva, etc.) Knowledge of social media trends and platform algorithms Ability to manage time efficiently across multiple brand accounts Excellent communication and creative thinking skills Valid Qatari driving license and own car (preferred) Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
