Stay updated on social media trends, challenges, memes, and new feature updates
Plan and schedule posts using tools like Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, or Hootsuite
Collaborate with our creative team to produce high-performing content (reels, stories, carousels, shorts)
Monitor analytics and platform insights to optimize content performance
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community
Run experiments with formats, hashtags, posting times, and content types
Requirements:
Expert knowledge of current social media algorithms (especially Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts)
Ability to identify and act on trends quickly
Proficient in content scheduling and analytics tools
Strong written communication and visual storytelling skills
Ability to create content or collaborate closely with creatives
