Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to manage our real estate brand's online presence. This individual will be responsible for content creation, publishing, and audience engagement across all social media platforms in alignment with marketing goals set by the Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media that support real estate marketing objectives.

Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.). Work closely with the Multimedia Artist and Photographer to produce high-quality and visually appealing posts. Monitor trends, hashtags, and industry updates to ensure content remains relevant and competitive. Interact with followers, respond to inquiries, and actively work to boost audience engagement. Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insightful reports to the Marketing Manager for continuous improvement. Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on campaign ideation, planning, and execution. Maintain brand consistency, tone, and visual identity across all digital channels

Requirements:

0-1 years of experience in social media marketing. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field. Strong creative writing and visual storytelling skills. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics. Experience with short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and influencer collaborations is a plus. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and deliver content on schedule.Arabic (Preferred)
