COENGR is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing engaging social media content that reflects COENGR's brand identity and supports recruitment, corporate, and marketing initiatives
Key Responsibilties:
Develop and implement social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
Create, edit, and post engaging graphics, 3D visuals, videos, and written content.
Collaborate with the HR and Marketing teams to promote job openings, company updates, and achievements.
Manage social media calendars and ensure timely, consistent posting.
Monitor analytics, track engagement, and prepare performance reports.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance visibility and engagement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in an engineering or corporate environment.
Proficient in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design tools.
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and corporate branding content.
Excellent communication, creativity, and attention to detail.
English proficiency is mendatory and arabic is highly advantage
Must be avaliable in UAE.
