is looking for a talented

Social Media Specialist

to grow and manage our online presence -- from photography to post!

What You'll Do:

Develop, plan, and execute a monthly social media content calendar Capture high-quality

photos and videos

of staff, events, and services using a camera or phone Design branded content using tools like

Canva

or

Adobe Suite

Post consistently across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc. Write engaging captions aligned with our tone and mission Monitor engagement, respond to DMs/comments, and grow follower base Track performance through analytics and prepare monthly reports Apply

SEO techniques

to improve post visibility and search rankings Stay updated with trends and adapt content to stay relevant Collaborate with HR and operations for hiring campaigns and internal updates

What We're Looking For:

3-5+ years of social media or digital content experience Strong photography & videography skills (using DSLR or mobile camera) Experience in

content creation, editing, and visual storytelling

Solid knowledge of SEO for social media and content optimization Hands-on experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools Excellent writing and communication skills in English Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Experience in childcare, education, or service-based industries is a plus!
