Plan and schedule content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
Write engaging captions and copy for posts, stories, and ads.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with followers.
Track and report on social media metrics and campaign performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
Stay current with trends, platform updates, and best practices to grow audience reach and engagement.
Graphic Design:
Design high-quality visual content for digital platforms including static posts, reels, stories, infographics, banners, and ads.
Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign creatives, landing page assets, email graphics, and presentation decks.
Edit short-form videos for use on platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Manage and maintain a library of design assets and templates.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2+ years of experience in social media management and graphic design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) or tools like Canva and Figma.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and content strategies.
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, layout, typography, and color.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with video editing and motion graphics.
Knowledge of paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Basic understanding of SEO and email marketing is a plus.
Photography or content shooting skills are a bonus.
