Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)
Develop and implement content calendars aligned with marketing strategies
Create engaging, high-quality content (text, images, videos) tailored to each platform
Monitor performance metrics and generate regular reports
Interact with followers, respond to queries, and encourage community engagement
Run paid promotions and ad campaigns to increase visibility and followers
Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools
Excellent written and visual communication skills
Ability to develop creative content strategies
Familiarity with boosting, advertising, and follower growth techniques
Experience with graphic design tools is a plus
