Social Media Sales & Customer Service Representative - Aesthetic Services

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented representative to manage social media inquiries, promote our aesthetic services, and ensure excellent customer service. The role focuses on converting leads into bookings and maintaining strong client relationships through social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

Actively monitor and respond promptly to all messages, comments, and inquiries on social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) in a timely and professional manner. Engage with potential customers, providing detailed information about aesthetic treatments, services, products, and current promotions (e.g., Botox, fillers, skincare, body contouring). Promote services, special offers, and packages to encourage bookings and purchases. Build rapport and strong relationships with prospective clients to enhance trust and loyalty. Consistently follow up with leads through calls, messages, and emails to convert inquiries into confirmed appointments or sales. Assist customers in booking consultations, treatments, and follow-up appointments by coordinating with the clinical team. Maintain a professional, friendly, and brand-consistent tone across all communications. Handle customer questions, concerns, or complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary. Maintain and update a database of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions for accurate tracking and reporting. Stay informed about the latest trends and innovations in aesthetic and beauty treatments to confidently educate and advise clients. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop, support, and promote marketing campaigns, special offers, and social media promotions. Help create ideas for social media content to improve engagement and reach.

Pay: From AED4,500.00 per month
