About the Role

We are a Dubai-based car dealership seeking an energetic, creative, and detail-oriented

Social Media & Digital Marketing Coordinator

to manage our online presence and digital assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive trends, digital marketing, and content creation, with a passion for delivering engaging and professional communication across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn). Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, stories, and videos in line with brand guidelines. Coordinate with photographers and videographers to produce high-quality media content (car showcases, events, promotions). Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, leads, and inquiries promptly and professionally. Maintain and update all digital assets including website content, listings, and marketing materials. Assist in running digital ad campaigns (Meta, Google) and track performance reports. Collaborate with management to plan monthly marketing calendars and promotional activities. Prepare performance analytics reports (reach, engagement, leads) and suggest improvements. Ensure all visuals, captions, and promotions reflect the brand's tone, style, and quality.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing (automotive industry preferred). Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus). Strong knowledge of social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.). Basic knowledge of photo/video editing and digital advertising. Creative eye for detail, design, and content trends. Organized, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
