Social Media Specialist
to join our specialty cafe team in Qatar!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Social Media Accounts:
Respond to customer messages, comments, and queries across all platforms.
Maintain a friendly, engaging, and on-brand tone in all interactions.
Create Content Calendar:
Plan and schedule stories, reels, and posts.
Ensure consistent brand presence and seasonal content flow.
Grow Online Presence:
Monitor trends and engagement to optimize performance.
Suggest new ideas to boost visibility and interaction.
Event Planning & Participation:
Research and plan participation in local events, markets, and festivals.
Coordinate logistics and collaborate with event organizers to showcase our cafe.
Requirements:
Based in
Qatar
and familiar with the local scene.
Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok & content creation tools.
Excellent written English (Arabic is an advantage).
Creative mindset with attention to detail and consistency.
Passion for specialty coffee and cafe culture is a bonus!
