Job Description
Seventy Two Real Estate LLC,
is looking for a highly skilled and professional Social Media & Ads Specialist who can manage daily content, edit short-form videos, and run paid ads across all major platforms. This is not an assistant-level role, but a core position responsible for the entire social media presence of the brand.Key Duties & Responsibilities
Content Planning & Platform Management:
Plan, schedule, and publish content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts
Write engaging captions, select hashtags, and follow brand tone
Actively manage all platforms (replies, insights, trend follow-ups)
Ensure daily visibility and consistency of the brand
Video Editing:
Receive raw footage from our videographer and edit Reels/TikToks using tools like CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere, or similar
Add transitions, subtitles, branding elements, and engaging effects
Export optimized versions for each platform (vertical, high-res, <60 sec)
Paid Ads Management:
Run and optimize Meta Ads (Instagram/Facebook)
Launch and manage TikTok Ads and YouTube content promotion
Optionally support Google Ads (Search & Display for campaigns)
Handle targeting, retargeting, budgeting, and basic reporting (CTR, reach, conversions)
Team Support:
Coordinate with our videographer and project team during launch periods Help brainstorm content angles and social media campaigns Monitor competitors and propose new creative ideas to grow brand presence
Required Skills & Profile
Minimum 2 years experience in social media + video editing + paid ads Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, and ad creatives Confident using CapCut, Canva, InShot, or Adobe tools Solid understanding of platform algorithms and performance tactics Self-driven, deadline-focused, and detail-oriented Fluent in English Based in Dubai, available for on-site full-time work
Working Hours:
Full-time, 6days/week, office-based in Dubai(Some flexibility required during project launches)
