We're looking for a detail-oriented Social Media & Paid Ads Coordinator to execute and coordinate our daily digital operations across all brand channels. Working under the direct supervision of the Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for implementing content plans, actively managing production workflows with creative teams, running ad campaigns, and ensuring everything published reflects our brand book and strategy.
This is an execution-focused role with strong accountability: you'll take strategic direction, work hands-on with production teams to ensure timely delivery, and maintain brand consistency across every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Execution
- Execute monthly content calendars across all active social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.) as planned by Marketing Manager
- Work closely with photographers, videographers, editors, and designers throughout the production process--not just coordinating, but following up, ensuring deadlines, and receiving final outputs
- Review all creative deliverables against brand book and brand strategy before approval
- Ensure every piece of content aligns with Lorenzo's luxury positioning, visual guidelines, and tone of voice
- Schedule and publish daily content (posts, Stories, Reels) across all platforms
- Monitor comments, DMs, and engagement--respond appropriately or escalate to Marketing Manager
- Track content performance metrics and report insights to Marketing Manager
- Organize and maintain content libraries and digital asset management
- Coordinate with design/development teams for website content updates
- Ensure publishing accuracy, timing, and platform-specific best practices
Paid Ads Campaign Coordination
- Set up and launch Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns based on approved briefs
- Monitor daily campaign performance and budgets
- Make tactical adjustments (bids, placements, audiences) within approved parameters
