We are now seeking a talented and proactive Social Media Officer to join our growing Digital team and help elevate our clients' brands across digital platforms. To be successful in this role, you will be a motivated self-starter with a passion for social media and storytelling. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, pay attention to detail, and are committed to delivering high-quality work.





Key Responsibilities:


Writing clear, concise briefs for content, design, and production teams Creating and updating tasks in our workflow system with an aim of ensuring deadlines are met Following up with teams to obtain final files across all outputs (copy, design, video) Assisting with uploading, scheduling, and publishing content across social platforms Tracking the progress of deliverables and ensuring approvals are obtained on time

Providing basic performance updates or reports on published content Working closely with the wider Digital team to contribute to and deliver on digital/ social media projects




Key Qualifications:


- 6 months-1 year experience of working in social media- this can either be internships or permanent roles


Creative mindset with a passion for social media and content creation Fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages Up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform features, and content formats Confident in using social media platforms for publishing and engagement Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently Highly detail-oriented

Able to work well under pressure and work to deadlines Basic understanding of analytics and performance reporting tools Collaborative team player with effective communication skills Familiar with workflows and task management tools
