Freelance Marketing/Social Media Officer for Fitout Company

Key Responsibilities:

Develop Marketing Strategies: Create tailored marketing campaigns to promote our fitout services to various target audiences, including businesses, real estate developers, architects, and homeowners. Social Media Management: Manage our social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest) to showcase completed projects, design ideas, and engage with the community. SEO & Website Optimization: Ensure our website is optimized for search engines, utilizing industry-specific keywords (e.g., villa renovation, bathroom design') and implementing SEO best practices to drive organic traffic. Lead Generation: Use a variety of online and offline marketing channels to generate qualified leads, including paid ads, Google Ads, and strategic partnerships. Brand Development: Help develop and maintain a strong brand identity that resonates with our target market and reflects the high quality of our services. Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in working with contractors, architects, or interior design companies. Understanding of the residential fitout market.
